A: Yes, group sessions are available as an add-on to private training packages and are discounted. Rates are determined by the number of private sessions purchased. Please contact us directly for pricing.
Q: How do I start?
A: Select a training package by determining if you would like private or group training, then choose the number of weekly sessions. Once the package is purchased, you can begin booking your sessions using a personal subscription code. Private sessions will be booked directly with trainer.
Three separate emails will be sent to you; one for the booking app called Acuity with your subscription code and link, one with a link for the training app called Trainerize, and another with the 6 month agreement, liability waiver and key holder agreement attached. That will need to be completed and returned the day of your first session. You will then receive your key fob and a new client goodie bag.
If you want to create a training package not found on our website or prefer to sign in person, please reach out to us by phone or email.

A: No, the Pilates area is closed unless a class is in session.
Q: How do I end my contract?
A: The contract must be fulfilled by either completing 6 monthly payments or one payment for the remaining balance of the contract if the client chooses to end their training prior to 6 months. No exceptions.
Q: What happens if I fall behind on my payments?
A: We request that clients communicate with us as soon as possible so that we can better assist them in finding the best option for both parties. We understand that life happens and offer a $50 monthly hold for training packages that have not fulfilled their 6 month agreement. The client will need to make a full monthly payment before returning back to their sessions and/ or to use facility access.
